CHECK – IN: FROM MONDAY TO SATURDAY FROM 03.00 P.M. TO 07.00 P.M. CHECK – OUT: WITHIN 10 A.M.

* we can not accommodate pets.

THE RATES INCLUDE:
  • Use of the swimming pool and gymnasium;(Relais does not provide: the pool towel and headset hair, compulsory;
  • Change one a week of linen and towels during the stay (upon request);
  • Use of the apartments’ household appliances;
  • Expenses for electricity, water and gas;
  • Heating;
  • Final Cleaning (not included in the final cleaning, the cooking and dishes, which must be left clean at the time of your departure);
  • Taxes included;
  • Private Parking;
* Upon request and subject to confirmation by the manager of the Relais, find the cradle free of charge in apartment.

THE RATES DO NOT INCLUDE:
  • Cleaning during your stay (upon request) € 20/h;
  • Daily change towels (on request) extra;
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
  •  50% DEPOSIT is required immediately upon the confirmation (through bank draft or credit card).
  • THE FINAL PAYMENT at the check-in.

THANKS TO THE AGREEMENT WITH THE RESTAURANT ANTICA PIEVE, AND THE RELAIS 'PLEASED TO OFFER THE FOLLOWING SERVICES TO OUR GUESTS (EXTRA):

  • BREAKFAST SERVICE continental buffet;
  • SERVICE HALF BOARD Breakfast continental buffet and dinner with traditional Tuscan cuisine,  included water and house wine;
  • SERVICE FULL BOARD Breakfas continental buffet and lunch and dinner with traditional Tuscan cuisine, including water and house wine;

* Please note to guests, that the service lunch and dinner per person includes:
    
    - a choice of three first courses
    - a choice of three seconds courses
    - a choice of three vegetables
    - one coffee
    - water and house wine

* everything that is not listed here, is considered "extra. "
